A bit of a catch-up

oh, hello.

Well, a lot has happened in the months since my last blog. I cannot believe I haven’t written anything since FEBRUARY. Absolutely wild.

I am long overdue for a catch-up wouldn’t ya say? Let’s take a look at what I said I would be doing all those months, and if everything happened shall we?

What actually happened:

  • January I did a bunch of resetting and no travel. Hung out around town and spent lots of time with Dylan.

  • February I quit my toxic office job, had a couple of weeks to myself, did lots of therapy, and went to the mountains to snowshoe.

  • March I started a new job, in a different area of marketing (it’s the best). Went to Mexico for 7 days.

  • April Dylan and I decided to move in together! We went to Calgary for 3 days and Toronto for 3 days!

  • May Work started to get busier for me, May long we went rock climbing and the month just flew right by

  • June I went to Comox for 1 week to hang out with my best friend’s dog while she was in Europe, we went rock climbing and I had a few days to myself to clean up the house!

Overall, a good few months have passed. A lot of chaos along the way, and timelines that were so close to each other but they all worked out.

Slowing down and spending more time with Dylan & family.
Getting outside once a day.
